The Roma Leones Lacrosse is the first team of lacrosse in Italy, along with Laspezia Lacrosse (located in the Noth part of Italy) and it is under the Federazione Italiana Giuco Lacrosse, wich is the only Italian Lacrosse Federation, officially recognized by the ILF ( international Lacrosse Federation), and ELF ( European Lacrosse Federation).
